Happy Fall everyone!

With the leaves falling outside so are the chicken egg numbers! The chickens are in a deep molt. This can last anywhere from 3-18 weeks. I'm hoping it's the lesser. Molting happens due to days being shorter and less light. We have just added lights to roosting area in hopes this will help convince them to start laying again!
